The problem

If you have a Plesk VPS Server and have been having the following errors recently

  • 504 Gateway Time-out nginx,
  • 500 Internal Server error
  • 500, 503 Internal Server error

The Solution

There has been a recent automated update applied by Plesk which may be causing issues with your servers.

We have found that restarting the server will complete the update and restart the affected services.

Please attempt this with your servers and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
