Immediate Dissociation from Chris Jeng / Musa Jeng and European Gateway Consulting Group


Rhics Ltd formally announces its immediate and complete dissociation from Mr Chris Jeng (also known as Musa Jeng) and his business entity, European Gateway Consulting Group (EGCG), due to substantial breaches of contract, unethical business practices, and significant misrepresentation.

After comprehensive internal reviews, client feedback, documented complaints from former EGCG employees, and extensive independent due diligence, Rhics Ltd has identified numerous serious concerns and ethical violations, including but not limited to:

  1. Misrepresentation of Operational Presence:
    • EGCG falsely represented having a UK office. An investigation by Rhics Ltd on 10th February 2025 confirmed the provided UK contact number was fake, with the actual owner of the number denying any association with EGCG.
    • EGCG responded ambiguously to these concerns, merely stating the UK office was “still being set up.”
    • As at the 24th of March 2025, EGCG still advertises and uses these fake UK contact details.
  2. Unethical Conduct and Falsification:
    • Documented evidence from former employee (19th March 2025) confirms EGCG’s unethical practices, data protection and regulatory breaches,  including fabricating identities (“Carina”), withholding employee salaries unjustly, and threatening retaliation against employees seeking fairness and transparency.
    • Following a comprehensive investigation, we have determined that the allegations raised by the former employee are credible, as Mr Jeng has exhibited conduct consistent with the behaviours described in her complaint.
  3. Operational Negligence and Misrepresentation:
    • Evidenced by delayed actions, lack of transparency, misleading communications to clients, and improper use of paid resources, directly experienced and documented by Rhics Ltd.
    • EGCG demonstrated significant delays and operational negligence in performing agreed tasks, causing material damage to business prospects, negatively affecting business revenue.
    • EGCG substantially misrepresented Rhics Ltd’s services by incorrectly approaching potential clients with partnership proposals, directly violating explicit instructions to solely market training programmes. This resulted in breaches of Rhics Ltd’s existing partnership agreements.
  4. Public Complaints and Reputation Damage:
    • Public forums document complaints about EGCG’s unsolicited, misleading telemarketing practices, contributing to negative public perception.

 

Rhics Ltd strongly condemns these practices and explicitly clarifies that Mr Jeng and EGCG are no longer authorised or permitted to represent, communicate on behalf of, or associate themselves in any way with Rhics Ltd, its partners, or affiliates.

UPDATE:

In an email on the 25th of March, 2025, Mr Chris Jeng of European Gateway Consulting Group rather than addressing the facts and evidence presented has threatened to blackmail our CEO with non-existent and fabricated stories if we do not retract our factual press release. We advise our clients and partners to remain vigilant and disregard future communications or any blackmail attempts by Mr. Jeng
